Village in the Heights, a village in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH has invited us to participate in a virtual chair yoga class. It will be on Tuesday the 27th, at 12 noon, with an instructor named Linda Solomon.  Participants need a rolled up towel and a small water bottle (and a chair).
