Joe Bidinger, one of the founders and owners of Echo Spirits, will explain the background of distilling rum and bourbon as well as give a personal tour of the distillery.

 

The tour will include a tasting, so there is a $10 charge per person. Since there is a fee for the tasting, we ask that people come prepared to pay.

 

If someone does not drink or want to taste, they can remain with the group and listen to the tasting discussion without a fee.
