Come out and join us for a relaxing and enriching day at Great Council State Park!

 

Nestled along the scenic Little Miami River, Great Council State Park offers paved walking paths. accessible facilities, and stunning views that make it perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable day outdoors. During our guided park tour from 1-2 pm, participants will learn about the area's rich culture and historical significance, including its ties to the Shawnee people and early Ohio history.

 

Whether you're interested in local history, nature, or simply spending time with friends in a peaceful environment, this day out at the park offers the perfect blend of learning, leisure, and community.

 

Transportation will be provided. We will depart from the CRC at 11 AM. Please be at the CRC by then if you plan to ride with us. 

 

Please pack a lunch. We will eat together at the picnic are when we arrive at the park.

 

Wear comfortable shoes and attire, we will be doing a lot of walking.
