Step back into the golden age of of cinema with a delightful day filled with classic films, nostalgic favorites, and heartwarming stories on the big screen. Enjoy specially curated screenings that honor timeless storytelling, legendary stars, and unforgettable moments in film history.

Transportation will be provided. We will depart from the CRC at 1:00 PM. Please be at the CRC by then if you plan to ride with us.

We will arrive during lunch break; we will spend time in the dealer room where you can shop for vintage movie paper, stills, autographs, 8mm and 16mm film, records, books, DVDs, blue-rays and more. After lunch we will view 3 films:

Safety in Numbers- a pre-code musical about chorus girls educating a songwriter

A Pair of Tights- a short silent comedy with 2 female leads

Nell Gwyn- a silent feature costume drama about the actress who had an affair with King Charles II.

There are also two seminars available at the time of the films:

Steven C. Smith- talking about Bernard Herrman and his work with Alfred Hitchcock

Rob Stone- presenting on Jerry Lewis

 Day passes are typically $40. For a party of 6 or more, admission would be reduced to $10 pp. RSVP for this exciting day of nostalgia!
